How much are you worth? Many people do not know what they are worth or are uncertain of what they deserve. How much would you pay for peace and well being? Is becoming healthier, happier, shaplier, more confident, rejuvenated, and revitalized not important enough to be a priority? How about the cost to release stress from your life and just feel good?
Many say, "my priorities are my children (spouse, family, mortgage, bills, etc.), and have to tend to their needs first." We understand that the family and other issues are a priority, however, if an individual is too stressed out, has low self esteem, no energy and a bleak outlook on life, then how can that be beneficial to those around that individual (ie: spouse, family, especially the children, who intuitively sense discontent)? There will be a domino effect and everyone suffers.
If we do not take care of ourselves, we do not function as a whole person. Just as the commercial that states, "What if we treated our bodies like we do our cars...only paying attention to it when it breaks down or when we have to..."
How many times have we tried to pacify ourselves by shopping (acquisition therapy), turning to alcohol or food, or any other vice that momentarily produces the high(similar to the a high a drug user would have) only to experience the low that soon follows? Our vices are our drug. If we have to have a vice, why not make it a healthy one? Pamper yourself, heal your issues, become healthier, more confident, learn something new about yourself, and become revitalized. You will be surprised that there is a whole other person that lies beneath the issues. The one that waiting to emerge from underneath the rubble.
